Roger Cullari has been in the practice of public accounting since 1969 and since that time has gained diverse experience with national and regional accounting firms.  Roger founded his own firm in 1978.  Roger serves a diverse clientele base concentrating in the areas of auditing, management consulting, taxation, and financial & estate planning.  

 

 

Additionally, within the management consulting area, Roger has extensive experience with purchase, sale and merger of businesses and business valuation; along with mediating shareholder disputes development of shareholder agreements, and financing.  He has also lectured on tax and auditing matters and has been called to testify and serve as an expert witness.

 

 

Roger is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed School Accountant.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, including being a member of the Business Valuation and Forensic Services Section and the Taxation Section,  the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Business Appraisers.  He has served as an advisory board member of Lakeland Bank, President of Tri-Boro Rotary Club, President of Tri-Boro Unico, President of Kinnelon Professional Condominium Association and he has served on the DePaul High School Education Council and St Joseph Church Finance Committee.

John D. Carrico, Jr. has expereienced in a wide range of accounting and auditing services including the audit of a West African missionary diocese of a national church organization and U.S. government grants connected with its activities. 

 

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame in 1976, John served on the audit staff of Touche Ross, one of the original "Big 8" accounting firms before joining Carrico Associates, P.A. in October 1977.  In 2010 he helped to create CCSB. 

 

A member of the American Institute of of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as both the New York and New Jersey Societies. John serves as the assistant secretary/treasurer of a private foundation, a board member of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Paterson Education Council and several other non-profit organizations. He has served on the advisory board of a large, local bank and is currently the acting CEO of a primary care facility in northern NJ.

Jay Soojian is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey since 1979. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Tax division of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of CPA’s.

 

 

Mr. Soojian has been involved in Estate Planning and the complex area of Trust Taxation for the last 20 years. He effectively plans for the succession of family wealth through such techniques as testamentary trusts, joint & survivor insurance, gift planning and family partnerships. Jay supervises the firm’s area of practice which performs estate and trust tax preparation services.

 

 

Jay has extensive experience in the accounting and tax aspects of Real Estate transactions and has represented clients involved in the acquisition, construction, management and disposition of residential and commercial projects.

 

 

Mr. Soojian has experience in the preparation of tax returns for those individuals who are not citizens of the United States and for foreign individuals wishing to invest in U.S. real property. He represents clients from Canada, Saudi Arabia, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Jordan And the United Kingdom.

Raymond P. Burke has been in the practice of public accounting since 1993 and since that time has gained his experience with local accounting firms.  Ray became a partner in 2006 and for the three prior years was the audit and accounting manager for the firm.  Ray has worked with a wide variety of business and clientele in the areas of auditing, taxation, and management consulting.

 

 

 

 

Ray has experience with closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental organizations.

 

 

Ray is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed School Accountant.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Ray serves as a trustee at Our Lady of the Mountain Church, Long Valley, NJ. He is a member of Business Network International (BNI) and is a past secretary/treasurer.
