Jay Soojian
brings deep experience in various practice areas as his career has
spanned more than three decades. He specializes in the area of taxation
with a strong emphasis on estate and trust taxation.
Jay's
clients range from individuals and partnerships to closely held
corporations, each with varying degrees of complexity. He also has a
wide range of clients in the field of residential and commercial real
estate.
A
1979 graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in accounting, Jay is a
Tax Section member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants as well as a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified
Public Accountants. He also serves on the advisory board of Lakeland
Bank.
