Roger Cullari is a noted accounting professional with more than 40 years' experience.

estate and trust; auditing, with an emphasis on non-profits, private
schools for students with disabilities and forensic accounting.
Additionally, Roger has extensive experience with purchases, sales, and mergers of
businesses and business valuations; mediating shareholder disputes;
